Used the downgrade patch with no problems, however when I start the server I instantly get the following error dialog:

The procedure entry point GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

EFT on 6.4TB FusionIO 16x PCIe SSD
EFT usually runs close to 60fps (bar Streets)
