AKI-Launcher.exe Wont do anything once I click it. Server runs fine but launcher wont do anything once I click it

I have tried opening the launcher with Admin Access. I have tried manual installing the launcher and game. I have tried reinstalling EFT and then reinstall SPT with no solution. My Antivirus has quarantined the server everytime but I give it an exception. I need help and would like to try this out.
