Need a previous SPT version for my previous version of Tarkov.

I recently lost my internet, and am now using my computer solely on hotspot. As I have limited data, I am dieting my internet usage. Even now, I am wasting valuable data I could be using to instead just download the SPT version (3.11.1) I want to work on the game version I have.
