Bepinex F12 Menu is Blank

The F12 menu opens but there are no mods listed, its blank.

The menu was working yesterday, it isnt working today. I couldnt figure out why it stopped working so i gave up and updated to 3.10.5 hoping that maybe the 3.10.4 version of bepinex broke somehow and updating to the newest version of SPT would fix the issue, but the issue persists.
