When I attempt to go into the "Mastery," section for weapons, my game breaks.

When I go to Character > Skills > Mastering it tends to break my game, for whatever reason. No idea why, I looked into old posts from awhile ago on here, and tried a few things but no luck! I also noticed in the console; "UIFixes: Trader 6617beeaa9cfa777ca915b7c questassort references unknown quest "668caeedbdb70c05d702f1b6"!" will pop-up in red, the UIFixes mod hasn't been an issue up until now.
