game stuck in in loading

I've tryed all the possible fix of the faq

i've tryed to remove all the mods

the game is stuck in loading , i've reinstalled spt today (deleting the old one) and now the game is stuck in the loading part before insert the name of the pmc.

i've waited more than 30 minutes just to see if it was my pc slow ( i've played a lot on the same pc months ago)
