Not sure why, but, just had this same issue, cross referencing our mod lists, we have bluehead, give-ui, pack n strap, in common, the first mod I tried getting rid of, give-ui seem to have worked for me, but I have no clue as to why. Your issue might be different as-well seeing as I couldn't get in at all.
