The server is failing to launch on a completely fresh install of SPT. I have tried different drives and have previously successfully been able to use SPT on this install of windows. I am not using any mods. The server window pops up, gets as far as 'importing database', hangs around for about 20 seconds, and then window disappears, with no process visible in task manager.
